Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of laboratory experience, industry experience preferred.
• Hands-on nanoparticle formulation and bioconjugation experience.
• Foundational understanding of lipid nanoparticle systems and nucleic acid delivery.
• Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize, formulate, and optimize targeted nanoparticle formulations for nucleic acid delivery.
• Prepare TNP batches to support in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Evaluate TNP performance in vitro, including transfection efficiency and stability.
• Conduct formulation screening and optimization of lipid and nanoparticle materials.
• Improve robustness and reproducibility of formulation workflows.
• Characterize nanoparticles using DLS, zeta potential, UV-Vis, and related methods.
• Assist in developing assays to assess encapsulation and conjugation efficiency.
