Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3+ years of laboratory experience (industry preferred).
• Hands-on experience in nanoparticle formulation or bioconjugation desired.
• Foundational understanding of lipid nanoparticle systems and nucleic acid delivery.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize, formulate, and optimize targeted nanoparticle formulations.
• Prepare TNP batches for in vitro and in vivo studies.
• Evaluate TNP performance in transfection, potency, and stability.
• Characterize nanoparticles and conjugates using analytical techniques.
• Collaborate with biology, analytics, and AI teams to advance the platform.
