Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in requirements engineering or systems analysis within federal government or defense contracting.
• Ability to translate complex operations into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Experience creating and maintaining RTMs; strong knowledge of SDLC and UAT.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirement lifecycle management across programs.
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs.
• Decompose high-level needs into granular user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain formal RTMs mapping requirements from concept through deployment.
• Support UAT planning, scenarios, and defect tracking; manage change baselines.
