Responsibilities

• Manage requirements in an ALM tool.
• Perform Agile requirement management for a product team.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews, lead sessions, and develop business process models.
• Document and gather requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and decompose into backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use ALM tool (JIRA) for requirements, testing, and defect management.
• Track system and business requirements across the lifecycle.
• Validate requirements and integration.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to solutions.
• Manage requirements for various projects.
• Write project documents for the client.
• Identify and manage risks impacting progress.
