Qualifications

• Experience with SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Previous federal government experience and security clearance desirable.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Expertise with JIRA for requirements management.
• Experience in large, Agile software development or data integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
• Collaborate with business users and IT to elaborate and document requirements in ALM tools.
• Manage requirements in an ALM tool and perform Agile requirement management.
• Analyze user needs to determine functional, cross-functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct user interviews and develop business process models and specifications.
• Gather and document requirements from customers and stakeholders.
• Elaborate user stories and backlog items with acceptance criteria.
• Use JIRA for requirements management, testing, and defect management.
• Collect, track, and report system and business requirements across the lifecycle.
• Validate requirements and integration; conduct backlog refinement.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers on impact to technical solutions.
• Manage requirements for multiple projects and deliver project documents to clients.
• Identify risks and issues; develop and maintain project/product backlogs.
• Own change control and develop Change Requests per policy.
