Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management in SaaS or B2B software renewals, account management, or inside sales.
• Background in SaaS recurring revenue models, subscription dynamics, and GTM strategy.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing Renewals team with coaching and career development.
• Own renewal execution strategy, drive retention metrics, and align with sales leadership.
