Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management in SaaS or B2B software renewals, account management, or inside sales.
• Experience managing quota-carrying teams and driving revenue targets in renewals.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing Renewals team with coaching, mentoring, and career pathing.
• Own renewal execution strategy across the Americas, drive GRR/NRR, and align with Field Sales, CS, and AEs.
• Collaborate with Deal Desk and Legal to streamline contracts and terms; partner with Sales Enablement and People Partners on onboarding and engagement.
