Job summary

Coursera Sourcing in Denver seeks a Senior Manager, Renewals for the Americas to lead a Renewals team, drive high retention, and grow recurring revenue across Coursera's Enterprise inside sales function.

You'll report to the VP of Global Renewals, partner with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Deal Desk to align on strategic accounts and execute renewal strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct people management in SaaS renewals or inside sales.
• Experience with recurring revenue models and Go-To-Market strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management across Legal, Deal Desk, Customer Success, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Renewals team to achieve targets and retention metrics.
• Coordinate with Field Sales, Customer Success, and Account Executives on accounts.
• Collaborate with Legal to streamline contract terms and deal cycles.
