Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Will consider PM candidates with non-renewable experience in transmission/distribution. Up to 75% travel, primarily Monday–Friday. Salary range is $100k–$145k per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through turnover for transmission and substation construction.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Partner with field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality construction.
• Conduct constructability reviews and assist with estimating and work planning.
