Job summary

PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead renewable high-voltage transmission line and substation construction projects. You will manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, cost control, and client satisfaction.

Up to 75% travel required—mainly Monday through Friday. Salary: $100k - $145k annually based on experience. PMP preferred; located in or willing to relocate to the metro area.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in transmission and/or substation construction.
• Proven experience managing utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of high-voltage construction methods, sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from award through turnover.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Partner with field teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
