Job summary

EDF power solutions North America seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead multiple solar EPC projects from inception to commissioning. You will coordinate owners, utilities, landowners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality.

This hybrid role is located in Columbia, MD or West Lebanon, NH with remote consideration for exceptional East Coast candidates. You will manage P&L, develop plans, and drive execution improvements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years progressive experience in construction and/or development, including project leadership.
• Experience with utility-scale photovoltaic systems (>5 MW, ideally >25 MW).

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Company projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors.
• Manage project budget, expenses, revenue, margin, and schedule for multiple projects; forecast and report P&L.
• Implement health and safety programs; ensure compliance with codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate approvals from customers, interconnection providers, and AHJs; manage submittals and documentation.
• Support origination, development, financing, and engineering on project matters; perform site assessments and planning.
