Job summary

Zero Impact Solutions is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the client-facing team by managing the sales process from lead generation through contract execution. You will also maintain rebate programs, including stakeholder communication and submitting extension and payment requests, and document key information.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating cross-departmental communication and accurately documenting activities to drive sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related support role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research commercial and residential properties to identify key decision-makers and support business development.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other platforms.
• Assist Sales and Client Relations with contract administration, document management, reporting, and sales support.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders, including calls and site visits.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions and extension requests.
