Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration or related support roles.
• Proficient with CRM platforms and Excel with strong data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research commercial properties and identify key decision-makers for business development.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales activities using Salesforce, Slack, Asana.
• Assist contract administration, document management, and reporting.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external parties.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions.
