Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Sales Administrator to support our client-facing team by guiding the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. You will also manage rebate programs and coordinate communications across departments.

This role requires 3-5 years in sales administration, proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales administration or a related support role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Research commercial properties and identify key decision-makers to support business development.
• Maintain CRM records and sales activity tracking using Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other tools.
• Assist Sales and Client Relations with contract administration, documents, reporting, and other sales support tasks.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and stakeholders, including calls and site visits.
• Prepare state correspondence and manage rebate submissions, extensions, and related documentation.
