Job summary

P B Hoidale Co Inc is seeking a Renewable Energy Technical Lead in Wichita to guide the expansion of our renewable offerings. You will conceptualize and direct technical feasibility studies, and lead the development and implementation of energy projects.

The role requires five+ years in renewables, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, cost-effective energy solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Environmental Science required.
Minimum five years in renewable energy development with project delivery experience.
Experience with solar, wind, hydro and bioenergy technologies preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee renewable energy projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
Evaluate project feasibility by site assessments and energy consumption outlooks.
Lead the preparation of detailed project plans, including risk assessments, safety guidelines, and contingency plans.
Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies and propose their application.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies to acquire permissions and ensure compliance with legislation and standards.
Maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and partners, negotiating contracts as needed.
