Job summary

NEI Electric Power Engineering seeks a Team Lead for the Renewable Development group. You will manage engineers and design professionals to deliver PV, BESS, and Wind scopes with high quality and on time.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support business development with technical input. This role offers remote or Lakewood, CO work options and a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Civil Engineering; power option preferred.
• FE/PE licensure is a plus.
• Experience with PV/BESS/Wind engineering projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead PV, BESS, and Wind projects with mentoring of engineers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Deliver 0–30% design scope with high quality outputs.
• Perform QAQC reviews and support proposals.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and client communication.
