Job summary

Power System Engineering is seeking a Project Manager for Renewable Energy to lead strategic energy projects from origination through construction and closeout. You will manage multi-discipline teams and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery and value realization.

The role emphasizes a strong engineering foundation, hands-on project delivery, and collaboration with engineers, clients, contractors, and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or energy field.
• 8+ years of project management/engineering experience in energy/renewable.
• Experience managing engineering design or energy infrastructure projects; solar/BESS/microgrids preferred.
• Experience in consulting/utility/developer/EPC environment preferred.
• PMP and PE licenses preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of renewable energy projects across full lifecycle.
• Coordinate electrical, civil, and structural disciplines for turnkey solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure satisfaction and alignment on expectations.
• Coordinate internal and external teams, including engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, including RFPs and bid evaluations.
• Provide technical oversight of solar PV, BESS, and microgrids.
• Collaborate with construction teams and sequencing and field coordination.
