Job summary

Flintco is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead cost estimating for Renewable Energy projects, including Utility Scale Solar, Energy Storage (BESS), and High Voltage. You will manage bids, subcontractor solicitations, and detailed cost analyses to drive winning proposals.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management and 5–7 years in electrical estimating, with strong ability to read complex plans and coordinate with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar.
• 5-7 years of electrical estimating experience including cost control, with estimating experience in BESS.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents including plans, specifications, proposals, quotes, and qualifications.
• Strong bid management, subcontractor solicitation, and pricing skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project documents to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Lead the bid process, solicit subcontractors, and evaluate proposals/bids.
• Present estimates to executive leadership and manage scope, schedule and pricing.
• Mentor and guide_estimating team members and coordinate with project management.
