Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Asset Onboarding Manager in the United States to coordinate onboarding from Construction to Operations for utility-scale solar, wind, and BESS projects. You will ensure seamless PPA and ISO market registrations while aligning internal teams and contracts.

The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership, schedule management, and strong communication to meet critical milestones and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or advanced degrees in Engineering or Business and Finance.
• Project Management certification is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in renewable energy or related field.
• Experience with ISO/RTO market registration and PPA operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates onboarding activities of multiple teams to optimize PPA and ISO onboarding.
• Maintains the master project transition schedule and tracks milestones.
• Leads regular alignment meetings across Construction, Engineering, Operations, Commercial Ops, Market Operations and Asset Management.
• Serves as the primary contact for resolving bottlenecks affecting timelines.
• Manages handover of as-built drawings, manuals, and warranties to O&M staff.
