Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking a Sr Asset Onboarding Manager to oversee onboarding of utility-scale renewable energy assets from construction to operations. You will coordinate PPA and ISO onboarding, manage the transition schedule, and align cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Business/Finance, 8+ years in renewables, and PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelors or advanced degree in Engineering or Business and Finance.
Project Management certification also a plus.
8+ years of proven experience in Renewable Energy or related field.

Responsibilities

Coordinates onboarding activities of multiple internal and external teams to optimize PPA and ISO onboarding during transition from Construction to Operations.
Maintains the master project transition schedule, tracking dependencies between construction milestones and contractual obligations.
Convenes and leads regular alignment meetings between Construction, Engineering, Operations, Commercial Ops, Market Operations and Asset Management to synchronize timelines for PPA and ISO onboarding.
Serves as the primary point of contact for resolving cross-departmental bottlenecks or resource constraints that threaten the project's timeline.
Coordinates collection, indexing, and digital transfer of as-built drawings, operations manuals, and warranties from construction to long-term O&M staff.
