RWE Americas, LLC, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a Sr Asset Management Associate to join our Operations & Maintenance focused team in the United States. You will support profitability across wind, solar and battery storage assets, monitor KPIs, and drive performance improvements.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, with scope to influence asset strategy and cross-functional stakeholders while traveling to various sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3 years of renewable energy asset experience.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to translate findings into commercial implications.
• Experience with asset performance tracking and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Asset Manager in driving profitability of wind, solar, and battery storage assets.
• Monitor KPIs, perform trend analysis, and identify underperformance drivers.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction and performance optimization strategies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and asset-level financials; identify opportunities and risks.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist in contract alignment reviews.
• Provide detailed reporting and insights to internal stakeholders on performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal governance processes.
• Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, HSSE, Procurement and Controlling.
