Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to join the team working on Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077. In this role, you will become part of the team responsible for developing rendering solutions and optimizations to enable designers and artists to deliver the vision of the game.

Utilizing Unreal Engine 5, you’ll help define the future of visual fidelity in our games while collaborating with other engineers and artists to breathe life into our titles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience.
• Experience on AAA console titles and Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with graphics programming.
• Unreal Engine 5 or in-house engine experience.
• Knowledge of modern rendering techniques and GPU/CPU architecture.
• Multithreaded programming experience.
• Experience with low-level graphics APIs (DirectX12, Vulkan, etc.).
• Proactive team player with ownership and dedication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, debug, and enhance graphics systems for performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and content teams to create new rendering solutions for a large open world.
• Help art teams bring characters and a cyberpunk world to life with high runtime fidelity.
• Optimize runtime performance and memory usage across CPU and GPU.
