Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and determine proper course of action to resolve claims.
• Interact with clients, claimants, and other parties to ensure clear communication and timely resolution.
• Provide empathetic, high‑quality customer service throughout the claims process.
• Handle claims in line with client policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Document claim activity promptly to support outcomes of each file.
