Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Claims Adjuster with a strong background in workers’ compensation to manage complex claims. This fully remote role supports clients nationwide, with a focus on MO jurisdiction and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

Responsibilities

• Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure and resolve claims.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process to ensure communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants on behalf of clients.
• Document claim activity timely and support outcomes.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
