Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Configuration Professional and Workday Talent and Performance functional expert.

You will partner with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable Workday solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the associate experience. You will translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions, guide Workday capabilities and leading practices, and ensure configurations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, business administration, CS, or related field.
5+ years configuring and supporting HR technology, including at least 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration.
Experience configuring Workday Talent & Performance: Performance, Goals, Feedback, Talent Reviews.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience configuring and maintaining Workday business processes, rules, notifications, and security.
Experience supporting testing activities (unit/SIT/UAT/production validation) with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Workday Talent & Performance.
Collaborate with IT and integration teams on design, development, testing, implementation.
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Tier 3 support for complex issues.
Support governance activities including release management and documentation.
