The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a Workday Reporting and Data Analytics Architect who will serve as the senior architect for the Workday platform, owning architecture across HCM, Payroll, and Finance, and setting security and reporting standards. This non-supervisory role emphasizes governance and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure a trusted system of record.

The Architect partners with HR, Finance, IS, and Enterprise BI to deliver governed data extracts and standardized

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Workday experience with hands-on reporting
• Experience in two or more of HCM, Payroll, or Finance
• 5+ years in a Workday architect, lead configuration, or technical design role
• 5+ years designing Workday reporting solutions (custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards)
• Experience mentoring or leading technical staff without direct supervisory authority

Responsabilités

• Serve as design authority for cross-module Workday solutions and approve designs
• Define target-state Workday architecture across HCM, Payroll, and Finance with security and compliance
• Lead architecture for high-risk, high-visibility initiatives and major deployments
• Establish architectural standards, patterns, and naming conventions across configuration, integrations, and reporting
• Govern the Workday report inventory and ensure secure, governance-aligned reporting
