Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Workday reporting professional to align business needs with reporting solutions focused on Financial Management and HCM. You will collaborate with users, leadership, and IT to translate requirements into accurate reports and ensure secure access and adoption.

Responsibilities include validating requirements, coordinating testing, maintaining documentation, and supporting UAT and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7 years minimum Workday reporting experience.
• Extensive Workday Financial Management and HCM reporting experience.
• Healthcare/education grants, sponsored research, payroll reporting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; proficient in Excel.
• Ability to document access requirements and coordinate security validation.
• Experience establishing reporting governance, data definitions, and catalogs.

Responsabilités

• Partner with departmental users and leadership to understand reporting needs and processes.
• Translate business requirements into Workday reporting specifications with data definitions.
• Validate requirements with users; coordinate testing and sign-off before production.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and verify results against transactions and balances.
• Maintain report catalog; provide user guidance and knowledge articles.
• Support UAT, training, and adoption; facilitate workshops and office hours.
