Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Experience in supplier development and production scheduling is essential.
• Ability to coach supplier teams and lead capacity planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier recovery initiatives at critical suppliers.
• Validate and monitor recovery plans and production performance.
• Conduct value stream, bottleneck, and capacity assessments.
• Coach supplier teams on structured problem solving and corrective actions.
• Develop KPI management systems and accountability reviews.
• Evaluate organizational capability, staffing, and leadership effectiveness.
• Provide risk assessments and executive-level recommendations.
• Ensure sustainable ownership by supplier leadership.
• Develop standard Supplier Development processes.
