Qualifications

• Experience with supplier performance, escalation, and recovery in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Escalate critical material shortages and supplier issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalation teams to resolve supplier problems.
• Develop supplier recovery plans with clear owners and timelines.
