Job summary

Creation Technologies seeks a Supply Base Manager to lead supplier performance management, escalation for shortages, and recovery planning across regional and local suppliers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve supplier issues and drive recovery efforts to protect customer commitments.

You will communicate risk and status to leadership and customers, while guiding supplier visits, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, with travel over 50% depending on needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, Quality, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain, Materials Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, or related manufacturing environment.
• EMS industry experience and practical experience in a complex multi-location environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier performance management activities with scorecards and reviews.
• Escalate and manage critical material shortages and supplier-related issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalation teams to resolve supplier issues.
• Support supplier audits, factory visits, and process reviews.
• Develop and manage supplier recovery plans with clear ownership and dates.
