Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling and coverage determinations.

This role requires 5+ years in claims and 7+ years complex claims, licensed adjuster in applicable states, and strong leadership. The position is remote anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) with multi-shift

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims handling.
• Licensed Adjuster for applicable states or able to obtain license within 90 days.
• Experience managing virtual teams and multi-state caseloads.
• Knowledge of DOI regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of auto and commercial injury claims.
• Provides guidance on coverage decisions and settlement authority for complex files.
• Manages claims operations across states with remote team leadership.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and company policies.
• Leads performance management, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
