Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural design experience using 2D and 3D design tools.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Advance Steel and Autodesk Inventor.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D structural models for facilities.
• Produce structural steel, concrete, and foundation design documentation and drawings.
• Create construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, architects, project managers, and construction teams.
• Utilize BIM and CAD to support project execution and coordination.
• Participate in design reviews, clash detection, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and client requirements.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining schedule and quality.
• Assist with field support and design modifications as needed.
