Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to guide government-facing digital services. You will work with government partners and Nava's engineering, design, and business teams to shape features, user experiences, and business metrics.

A strong user focus and ability to navigate ambiguous government contracts are essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive end-to-end product discovery, and ensure delivery that aligns with public benefit goals and customer

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports and dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products and services you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to discover market and user requirements.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to features and metrics.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with the project management team.
• Represent Nava's outcome- and user-centric approach in meetings with agencies.
• Understand and communicate needs of end users and government partners.
• Measure progress and translate data into action.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements.
