Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Robotics Solutions Engineer to design, build, and integrate software for autonomous robots across the full stack. This remote US position requires deep robotics software expertise and hands-on ROS/ROS 2 experience.

You will collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations, and stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions. The candidate must have 6+ years of robotics software engineering, strong C++/Python skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in robotics, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong C++ and Python programming.
• Hands-on ROS/ROS 2 in production.
• Experience with perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filters.
• Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo.
• Strong debugging in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation.
• Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate software powering autonomous robots.
• Work across the full robotics software stack from sensors to behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into engineering solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
