Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Robotics Engineer to design, implement, and integrate software for autonomous robots across the full stack, from sensors to perception and planning. You will collaborate with product, design, and hardware teams to translate complex requirements into robust, production-ready code.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in robotics software, deep C++/Python skills, ROS/ROS2 experience, and a strong grasp of sensor fusion, localization, and motion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Five or more years of robotics software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• ROS/ROS 2 experience in production projects.
• Experience with sensor fusion and Kalman/particle filters.
• Experience with Gazebo, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo.
• Strong debugging skills in real-time and concurrent systems.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate software for autonomous robots across the full stack.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into production-ready code.
• Provide code reviews and mentorship to junior engineers.
