RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Senior Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own Raytheon capital planning, drive multi-year investment plans, and align assets with strategic priorities in a remote role.

You will integrate engineering, finance, and operations data, develop standardized forecasting, and ensure disciplined governance across facilities across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in strategic real estate portfolio management, enterprise capital planning, and/or engineering within capital-intensive environments.
• 8+ years designing and governing enterprise-wide capital allocation systems and multi-year investment roadmaps.
• 5+ years in Excel, BI tools, and translating technical inputs into financial decisions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.

Aufgaben

• Own the capital allocation strategy for the Raytheon business portfolio and lead multi-year capital plans.
• Design and refine enterprise-wide investment frameworks and governance methods.
• Oversee capital intake, triage, and appropriation processes for major CAPEX/OPEX initiatives.
• Partner with IT and Engineering to strengthen data flows and develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional workshops.
