Job summary

RTX is seeking an Enterprise Services Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead. You will own the capital planning process, drive long‑range asset strategy, and transform reactive coordination into proactive enterprise portfolio stewardship.

You will partner with executives to ensure disciplined investment decisions and optimized TCO across the global portfolio. You will design standard intake frameworks, establish governance, and deliver data‑driven insights through dashboards and reports

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and capital planning.
• 8+ years designing enterprise capital allocation systems and roadmaps.
• 5+ years in capital allocation strategy, financial modeling, and risk.
• 5+ years in Excel and BI tooling with technical inputs driving decisions.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Own the capital allocation strategy for the Raytheon business portfolio.
• Lead multi-year forecasts and 5+ year capital investment plans.
• Drive portfolio decision forums with senior executives to prioritize investments.
• Design and refine enterprise investment frameworks and scoring systems.
• Establish global standards for capital justification and governance.
• Oversee capital intake, triage, and appropriation for major CAPEX/OPEX.
• Guide workbooks, validate feasibility, manage risk, align with operating plan.
• Partner with IT/Engineering to enhance data flow into planning models.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into portfolio health.
