Job summary

RTX is seeking an Enterprise Services, Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own Raytheon’s capital planning lifecycle and drive asset strategy across a global portfolio.

The role focuses on proactive enterprise portfolio stewardship, robust business cases, and TCO optimization. Reporting to the Engineering and Planning team, you will craft frameworks, governance, and rolling forecasts, while partnering with executives to prioritize mission-critical investments.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and enterprise capital planning.

Responsibilities

Own the capital allocation strategy for the Raytheon business portfolio and lead multi-year investment plans.
Design and implement enterprise-wide investment frameworks and prioritization models.
Oversee end-to-end capital intake, triage, and capital appropriation for major CAPEX/OPEX projects.
Partner with IT and Engineering to improve data flows from CMMS and reliability indicators into planning models.
Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into portfolio health and funding allocation.
