Job summary

RTX is seeking a Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own capital planning and drive enterprise portfolio stewardship. You will fuse engineering insight with financial metrics to optimize Total Cost of Ownership and align with national security priorities.

You will partner with executive leadership to implement standardized investment frameworks, manage multi-year roadmaps, and ensure rigorous governance while working remotely with a global RTX team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and capital planning.
• 8+ years designing enterprise-wide capital allocation systems and multi-year investment roadmaps.
• 5+ years in asset lifecycles, MEP/facility infrastructure, and risk translating to financial decisions.
• 5+ years experience in capital allocation strategy and financial modeling (NPV, IRR, LCCA).
• 5+ years in Excel and BI tools; experience interpreting technical inputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the capital allocation strategy for the Raytheon portfolio and lead multi-year plans.
• Design and refine enterprise-wide investment frameworks and governance.
• Oversee end-to-end capital intake, triage, and appropriation processes.
• Partner with IT/Engineering to strengthen data flows into a centralized planning model.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and drive cross-functional alignment.
