RTX is seeking an experienced Enterprise Services, Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own the capital planning process, drive long-range asset strategy, and prioritize investments across the Raytheon portfolio.

You will partner with senior leaders to transform project coordination into enterprise-wide portfolio stewardship, ensuring financial rigor and alignment with national priorities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and enterprise capital planning.
• 8+ years designing enterprise-wide capital allocation systems and roadmaps.
• 5+ years experience with asset lifecycles, MEP infrastructure, and related risk.
• 5+ years experience in capital allocation strategy and financial policy.

Responsabilités

• Own capital allocation strategy and multi-year investment plans.
• Design enterprise investment frameworks and governance standards.
• Oversee capital intake, triage, and appropriation for major initiatives.
• Partner with IT/Engineering to improve data flows into planning models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
