Job summary
RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own the capital planning process, drive long-range asset strategy, and ensure disciplined, financially sound investments across RTX’s real estate portfolio.
You will partner with senior leaders to transform capital allocation and governance to an enterprise-wide standard, delivering proactive portfolio stewardship. Your role integrates engineering data, facility health metrics, and strategic business drivers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and capital planning.
- 8+ years designing enterprise capital allocation systems.
- 5+ years in asset lifecycles, reliability and financial impact.
- 5+ years in capital allocation strategy and financial compliance.
- 5+ years Excel and BI experience; interpreting technical inputs.
- Ability to obtain/maintain US security clearance; US citizenship required.
Responsibilities
- Own capital allocation strategy and multi-year investment plans.
- Develop enterprise investment frameworks and governance.
- Oversee capital intake, triage, and appropriation processes.
- Collaborate with IT/Engineering to integrate data flows and dashboards.
- Advise executives; drive cross-functional planning maturity.
