Job summary
RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own the long-range capital planning process and to drive multi-year investment plans across the Raytheon portfolio.
You will design standardized investment frameworks, govern capital allocation, and develop dashboards to provide leadership with clear visibility into portfolio health and funding allocation. This remote role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic real estate portfolio management and capital planning.
- 8+ years designing enterprise-wide capital allocation systems.
- 5+ years in capital allocation strategy and financial modeling (NPV, IRR).
Responsibilities
- Own the capital allocation strategy for the Raytheon business portfolio and lead long-range capital plans.
- Design and refine enterprise-wide investment frameworks and governance.
- Oversee capital intake, triage, and capital appropriation for major CAPEX/OPEX programs.
- Partner with IT and Engineering to strengthen data flows and develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
