Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Lead Project Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex technology projects with cross-functional teams. You will drive requirements, schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and mentor junior staff.

You will provide status updates to stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure quality across design, test, training, and operations documentation in a remote nationwide role. You’ll collaborate across departments to achieve strategic objectives and improve care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor and oversee complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full project life cycle including requirements, plans, resources and budgets.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and manage risks.
• Maintain detailed project documents and ensure quality of design, test and training deliverables.
