MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Product Strategy Lead for GRC & RMIS to shape product vision and drive execution across a portfolio of enterprise solutions. The role demands deep RMIS/GRC domain expertise and a strategic mindset to translate market needs into a prioritized roadmap.

You will work with cross-functional teams, mentor a product organization, and champion AI-driven approaches within the SDLC while ensuring security and governance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of RMIS and/or GRC experience with a product-focused background.
• Proven ability to translate market needs into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Strong SDLC understanding and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience mentoring product managers and analysts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Analysts across GRC and RMIS products.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial goals and market needs.
• Translate competitive insights into a clear product vision and roadmap priorities.
• Own roadmaps across multiple products and measure outcomes with KPIs.
• Promote responsible AI usage throughout the SDLC and product processes.
