Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of products and platforms. You will partner with business and operational leaders to align objectives with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

You will identify gaps, develop strategies to close them, and establish metrics to measure success. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, transformation initiatives, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in Product Management, Program Management, Technology Leadership, or related discipline.
• Experience with product strategy, visioning, and roadmap development.
• Experience with product portfolio management and investment planning.
• Strong business-to-technology alignment and solution development.
• Experience in financial analysis and business case development.
• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for products, platforms, and solution portfolio.
• Develop forward-looking product strategies that scale across multiple customer segments, programs, and opportunities.
• Partner with business and operational leaders to understand objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Identify gaps between current capabilities and future needs and develop strategies to close them.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competition, regulatory requirements and technology advances to inform strategy.
• Establish clear product outcomes, success metrics, and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.
