MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group is seeking a Senior Group Product Manager for GRC and RMIS to lead a portfolio of risk management solutions. You will shape product strategy, align with business objectives, and guide cross-functional teams through execution in a remote US-based setting.

The role requires deep RMIS/GRC domain expertise, strong strategic thinking, and a track record of delivering customer-focused product outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience within the RMIS and/or GRC space.
• Experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role.
• Strategic understanding of competitive positioning and market dynamics in RMIS/GRC.
• Proven track record of delivering a product vision to execution.
• Ability to translate domain expertise into clear strategy and roadmaps.
• Ability to communicate compelling product value to stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and technologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Managers and Analysts across GRC and RMIS products.
• Define and execute product strategy aligned with commercial objectives and market opportunities.
• Translate competitive insights into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmaps.
• Own prioritized roadmaps across multiple products or modules.
• Develop knowledge of competitive RMIS/GRC landscape and pricing strategies.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
• Use product KPIs and experiments to validate priorities and measure outcomes.
• Research AI, data, and market trends to influence strategy and differentiation.
• Promote responsible use of AI across SDLC and product processes.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other Product leaders for alignment.
• Support launches and rollout of new functionality.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing product organization.
