Job summary

Neuron7.ai is seeking a Principal Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) to drive discovery, tailored demonstrations, and POC management for our SaaS AI-driven service resolution platform. This remote role requires collaboration with the sales team and SMEs to validate value and architect integration with CRM/FSM ecosystems.

You will lead detailed discovery, deliver persona-based demos, and craft ROI models, while ensuring technical alignment and security across enterprise stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Consulting / Sales Engineering for SaaS product companies.
• Must have enterprise selling experience and know how to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Deep functional knowledge of Contact Center and Field Service use cases.
• Ecosystem knowledge of ServiceNow, Salesforce (Service Cloud/FSM), Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle CX.
• Technical aptitude to read data structures, APIs, data ingestion, and cloud security with IT stakeholders.
• Exceptional presentation skills and ability to engage executives and line managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to understand Contact Center and Field Service workflows, data availability, and pain points.
• Configure and deliver compelling product demonstrations tied to specific customer use cases and business outcomes.
• Define success criteria and manage Pre-Sales POC scope with SMEs to validate AI predictions and collect feedback.
• Partner with sales to build ROI models quantifying value improvements (FCR, First Time Fix, AH Time).
• Own technical validation: respond to RFPs/RFIs/InfoSec questionnaires and validate architecture and security.
• Act as a feedback loop between market and product to advocate for new capabilities.
