Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and practical application.
• Experience negotiating with limited oversight.
• Ability to work with attorneys and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Background in regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, amendments, NDAs).
• Support contracting process and supplier payment terms update project.
• Negotiate payment terms and other provisions with vendors.
• Assess contract language for risk and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records and manage revisions and approvals.
