Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in pharma contracting, CLM and e-signature proficiency, and strong communication. It is a 7-month contract with an average 30–40 hours per week, reporting to Executive

Qualifications

• J.D. in good standing with a state bar.
• Strong contract drafting, redlining, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and clause library maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and e-signature platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant legal experience in pharma or life sciences contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to Technical Operations and Supply Chain on contract escalations incl. drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements from commercial/IP perspectives.
• Collaborate with OPS, supply chain sourcing, procurement, QA, and IP teams to ensure regulatory and GMP compliance and track milestones.
• Support lifecycle from development through commercial supply and monitor renewal deadlines and amendments.
• Coordinate with IP group on IP issues and advise stakeholders across operations and business development.
