Job summary

Kelly is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a 3–6 month assignment. Open to Remote EST or hybrid with 2–3 days onsite in Bridgewater, NJ. Pay is $60–$80/hr, with start targeted within two weeks.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on contracting experience reviewing and redlining.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms and practical application.
• Experience negotiating independently with limited oversight.
• Experience in pharma or highly regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs.
• Support contracting processes and a project to update supplier payment terms.
• Negotiate payment terms and other contract provisions with vendors.
• Assess contract language for risk and propose revisions.
• Work on liability, confidentiality, IP, insurance, data privacy terms.
• Prepare agreements for Legal review and flag issues.
• Manage revisions, approvals, and version control.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT Security, and stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records and move agreements through the process.
• Use contract lifecycle management system; Evisort experience is a plus.
